Talent Manager
Job Title: Talent Manager
Company: The Agensee
Location: Los Angeles, CA / Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time
About The Agensee
The Agensee is a boutique talent management company built for the modern creator economy. We represent a curated roster of culturally fluent, creatively distinct talent and help them build long-term, sustainable businesses. Our work sits at the intersection of talent management, brand strategy and creative development.
What makes The Agensee unique is our team. We come from backgrounds in television, commercial production, music, marketing, and brand partnerships, which means we do not approach management in a one-size-fits-all way. We bring a producer’s eye, a strategist’s mindset, and a deep respect for the individuality of every creator we represent. We are hands-on, collaborative, thoughtful, and committed to helping talent grow in a way that feels intentional and lasting.
We are looking for a Talent Manager who is excited to be part of a growing company that values strong relationships, sharp instincts, high standards, and genuine care for both talent and brand partners.
Position Overview
The Talent Manager will lead the day-to-day management of a roster of creators while driving brand partnership opportunities and long-term career growth. This person will serve as a trusted advisor to talent, a strong communicator with brand partners, and an important contributor to the continued growth of the company.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the art and the business of creator management. You should be equally comfortable nurturing talent relationships, pitching opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and overseeing execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a roster of creators with care, professionalism, and strategic insight.
Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships aligned with each creator’s voice, audience, and long-term goals.
Negotiate rates, usage, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.
Oversee campaigns from initial outreach through final payment, ensuring a high standard of communication and execution throughout.
Advise talent on positioning, pricing, content opportunities, and career growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, publicists, and industry contacts.
Keep internal systems, deal trackers, and campaign workflows organized and up to date.
Collaborate with leadership on roster strategy, company growth, and overall client service standards.
Qualifications
You have 3 to 5 or more years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, brand partnerships, or a related field.
You understand the creator economy and know how brand partnerships work from pitch to payment.
You are a strong negotiator, clear communicator, and excellent relationship builder.
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, conversations, and deadlines at once.
You have sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to represent both talent and company with professionalism.
Experience reviewing contracts and navigating campaign terms is strongly preferred.
Who You Are
You are proactive, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented.
You have strong taste and a clear understanding of branding, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
You know how to balance warmth with accountability.
You care about helping creators build meaningful careers, not just land one-off deals.
You thrive in entrepreneurial environments and are energized by building alongside a close-knit, highly invested team.
Compensation
Competitive and based on experience. Compensation may include a base salary, commission, or a combination of both.
