We are looking for a Talent Coordinator who is excited to grow within the creator management space and support a team that values excellence, collaboration, strong communication, and attention to detail.
Position Overview
The Talent Coordinator will support Talent Managers and leadership across campaign logistics, creator communication, administrative systems, and internal organization. This role is essential to keeping campaigns moving smoothly and ensuring both talent and brand partners have a strong experience working with The Agensee.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, polished, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in talent management.
Key Responsibilities
Support campaign execution by tracking deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and live dates.
Communicate with creators regarding content submissions, posting requirements, reminders, and follow-up items.
Assist with organizing contracts, deal memos, invoices, and campaign documents.
Maintain internal trackers and management systems for partnerships, revenue, pipeline activity, and deliverables.
Help prepare talent with campaign details including talking points, hashtags, links, and brand requirements.
Follow up on outstanding items to ensure projects stay on track.
Assist with creator onboarding, scheduling, file organization, and other administrative support across the team.
Provide general support to Talent Managers and leadership in the day-to-day management of the roster.
Qualifications
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in coordination, account management, entertainment, influencer marketing, digital media, or administrative support.
You are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
You communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal settings.
You are able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing track of details.
You are dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace is required, and experience with management or project tracking platforms is a plus.
